Hi ! I'm Dr. Janet Deihl (Jan) and truly believe that continuous personal growth and working well with others are keys to achieving the most in life. I’ve been successfully coaching people and teams for close to 10 years using Enneagram techniques to unleash strengths and remove gaps. I create a path for you to use YOUR strengths and find others that help solve your gaps. If you are looking for down to earth personal coaching or fun and uplifting team-building for your new (or existing) team, my Enneagram session will give you clarity of self, pathways to improvement and team members dependent on each other to deliver greatness.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We begin with a discussion of what you or your group are looking to obtain from this session. We discuss how to acquire Enneagram analysis for each participant. I work with the participants, complete the analysis and build the teambuilding information. You are my contact for preview all along the way. I even give you the initial email invitation to adapt and use for the initial announcement !!
WHAT ELSE IS THERE ?
The teambuilding session includes the Enneagram training that is highly interactive and a series of exercises to cement the learning through action. These are called Escape Room and LEGO my Enneagram. There are larger activities that can also be considered named Build a Bike and The Island. Ask for more information, timing and pricing. A core session is 3.5 hours.
WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT?
That it is fun, fast moving and high impact for all. This is not another personality test. Although Enneagram corresponds to Myers-Briggs and DISC, Enneagram will direct you to engage with all the other personality types in the best way possible.
DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

ARE THERE ANY BENEFITS FOR FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS?
It is hard to just jump in, I understand. Consider having a small group session to test out a teambuilding. Contact me and ask.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH ENNEA-JAN?
I focus on advance preparations to understand you and /or your team so that you are not disappointed; however, if this ever occurred, I would offer a percentage back to you to offset the miss in delivery.

Using the enneagram analysis, we will complete a deep dive into your personal growth objectives and struggles to create an immediate plan of action.
